Found 2 Dimes and 2 Pennies Today

Today I ventured out for awhile. First I went to the dollar store and on my way in, I spotted a dime in front of the store on the road. 

Then I went to a park and met up with my daughter in law and granddaughter. As I was getting out of my car, right there in the parking lot I spotted a dime. I picked it up and saw a penny. Then as I was walking to the park, I saw another penny between two cars.
 
I got this lens cleaner because my computer's CD/DVD drive keeps spitting out my DVDs. This is supposed to clean it. Ha. It spit this one out, too. Have to take my computer in to get it fixed or replaced. At least it's still under warranty.

Happy Thanksgiving! Found a Penny at a Park

Happy Thanksgiving, to you! We had a great day. I had all my favorite people around the table!

After our big feast and (most of) the dishes were washed, we headed to a park. It was a beautiful day in Arizona with a high of 78. It felt good to walk off a little of the food. I'm still stuffed though!

While the kids played, I spotted a penny on the ground! Did you have a good Thanksgiving? I hope so.

Found a Dime and a Penny at a Park

Today I ran some errands (two libraries, a thrift store, and the grocery store) and on the way home stopped at a park for some fresh air. The weather is perfect here, and it's hard to pass it up, especially with those blistering summer days when it's so hot you don't even want to go out to check the mail.


I was walking to my car and first spotted the dime by a rock. Shiny and bright in the sun! Then I saw the penny, which is sort of surprising since it is in rough shape. It's good enough for the found money jar though!

Found a Quarter!

The weather is shaping up very nicely around here lately. Today the high will be 72. That's just about perfect! So I rode my bike around the neighborhood. Took some old tortillas to the park and fed the birds, cruised around some more then rode through some parking lots.

And what did I find? This quarter! It's a state quarter, Minnesota.
