Found 17 Coins Totaling $1.09

Today I ran a bunch of errands and found a bunch of coins. Here's what and where:

• a penny in a parking lot
• a penny on the floor at the grocery store
• a penny on the ledge of the coin machine at the grocery store
• coins totaling $1.03 in a change tray at the grocery store
• a penny on the floor at Goodwill
• a penny in the parking lot here at my complex
• and I honestly can't remember where I found the other penny

I love days when I just keep finding money! I also found a corner of a dollar bill. It doesn't count, of course. Darn it.

By the way, I joined a new social media site. It's sort of like Facebook, actually it's very similar to FB, but you get paid for liking, sharing, and commenting (basically interacting) with your friends and family. Here's my Tsu affiliate link if you'd like to join Tsu (pronounced sue). I've earned $3.54 in a couple of weeks. It'll be interesting to see how it goes!

I Found a Dollar Bill Plus Some!

Today I went out to the post office and while walking back to my car across the street I found a penny in the street. Then I spotted something shiny in a parking lot:  two dimes and another penny!

I was thrilled but then later this afternoon I went to the grocery store and I found a dollar bill in the change tray of a self checkout register! I kept it! Would you?

I finished those hamburger ornaments and promised I'd show you a picture. Here goes. I listed them in my Etsy shop in case you want to check out these fun food ornaments there.

Found 4 Pennies Today at a Water Vending Machine

Today I was at a shopping center and spotted four pennies in the area where you put your water bottle in one of those water vending machines. I personally use a water filter pitcher but was happy someone used this machine and left me some  coins to find!

How about you? Have you found any money to tell us about?

This morning I found a penny in the parking lot then a dime in the street! Yay!

I posed them next to this handmade quilted bookmark I made. I had friends over for dinner and am stuffed. We had a good time catching up so now I think I'll veg a bit on the couch.

A Day for Finding Dimes

Many days I seem to find pennies. Sometimes just one and sometimes several. But today I found a penny then found three dimes! That rarely happens so I was tickled!

Here's where I found these coins:

• the penny in a 7-11 parking lot after I left the post office
• a dime in a parking lot next to a car
• another dime in a thrift store parking lot
• the third dime on the sidewalk by a Chick-fil-a

I posed this 31 cents next to a quilted house I'm making. It's not quite finished but I think it's pretty cute. I'll be listing it in my Etsy shop when it's finished.
