Found 39 Cents Running Errands

This afternoon I ran some errands and found 39 cents! Here's what coins and where I found them:

• a penny in a restaurant parking lot
• a penny on the floor of a dollar store
• a penny on the floor of the thrift store
• and another penny on the floor of the grocery store
• 4 pennies, a nickel, and a quarter in a change tray at the grocery store

I was on a roll! I just love it when I keep finding money here, there, and everywhere! How about you? Have you found any money lately?

Found Money Blog: 27 Cents!

Today I took a walk and found 27 cents! First I found a penny under a water vending machine then a quarter in the same vending machine change tray. Then I found a penny in a parking lot.

Found 5 Pennies and Tiny Zip Tie

This afternoon I took a short walk and found 5 pennies:

• 3 in a bank drive through lane
• 1 at a fast food restaurant parking lot
• 1 at another fast food restaurant

And I spotted this little yellow zip tie! Isn't it adorable!? I have found quite a few zip ties when I've taken walks and I pick them up and bring them home. The others have all been black and though varying in size, much bigger than this little guy. It's so cute!

I just found this assortment (they call them cable ties) and it includes some little yellow ones! Just in case you need some of your own.

I ran to the grocery store this morning and found some coins:

• a penny on the floor
• a nickel in the change tray of a copy machine
• a dime on the floor

Then later I found a penny in a parking lot then took a walk and found a penny in another parking lot and a penny in the street. So, that makes 19 cents total. Yay!

This morning I met a friend for coffee and found a penny on the floor! Then we took a long walk and later she found a dime in her parking lot. Yay for us!

Found 2 Cents Today

I went out to take the trash to the dumpster today and found a penny in some dirt. Then I walked around the block and found a penny in the street! 

It's not much, but it's 2 more cents than I had before!

Found 23 Cents

This afternoon I took advantage of the fact that a lot of people would probably be watching that game and ran some errands. 


While I was out I found 23 cents! I found 8 pennies (on the floor of two stores, in a parking lot), a nickel (in a drive through lane), and a dime (in a parking lot).

I posed the found money next to a whiskey I'll be enjoying here in a bit!

UPDATE:  This morning (the next day) I realized I had another penny in my other pants' pocket so I found 24 cents yesterday, not 23 cents!
