Found 8 Cents Today

This morning I walked around the block and found a penny on the sidewalk! Then later I walked to Sprouts to take advantage of their 25% bulk sale. On the way I found a penny in a Starbucks drive through then found a nickel on the floor of the store. I found a penny in a parking lot on the way home. Yay!

I posed the three pennies and nickel next to this prim bookmark I made earlier today. It's for sale in my Etsy shop.

Found 2 Cents at Goodwill

Today was half off day at Goodwill so I went to two of them! I hadn't been to the second one in months and only found a few things. But I found a penny on the floor near the checkout lane then another penny as I was leaving the store on the floor near the shopping carts.

Dollar Store Visit Nets 13 Cents

Today I ran some errands. On the way in to the dollar store, I found a penny. Then once inside, I spotted another penny next to a checkout register. Then another next to a different register. On the way to the car, I found a dime!

Today I realized it was pretty nice out (it's 71 right now!) so I took a short walk. On the way home, just a block from home, I found a penny in the street. Yay!

Today I went to the postal annex in a gift store and found a penny as I was standing in line. Then as I was leaving the store, I spotted a quarter. Yippee!

Found 11 Cents and I've Found More Than $30 This Year

Today I ran a bunch of errands and found a dime in a parking lot and a penny on the floor at Trader Joe's. Yay! This 11 cents pushed me over the $30 mark for the year!

I hope I find several more dollars this month. We'll see!

Banner Day for Finding Money -- 36 Cents

Today I ran some errands and here's what (and where) I found:

• found a dime in a parking lot walking to the post office
• found a dime on the floor at the post office
• found 4 pennies and a dime on the floor at Walmart in the aisle behind the registers
• found 1 penny while in line at Walmart
• found 1 penny in the parking lot at Fresh and Easy

I was thrilled! Three dimes! And six pennies! This brings me to $29.99 for 2013! I am certain I'll find a penny and make it $30.00 before the end of the year! I'm hoping to hit $34.00 or more!
