A Banner Day for Finding Money: 94 Cents

This morning I had to go to the doctor. Nothing serious but I had to get a prescription so while I was waiting, I walked to Home Depot to buy some furnace filters. While in the store I found 2 pennies. Then I walked over to Walmart and found several more pennies in various places around the store. I don't even remember how many but at least 6. 

Then I walked around the parking lot while talking to my sister on the phone. I just kept finding pennies here and there. 

I saw a penny under a truck, smack dab in the middle under the truck. Well, unless I got on my hands and knees I wasn't going to reach it so I walked away. I went inside the pharmacy to get my prescription and when I came out the truck was gone and I was able to get the penny! 

So, I found 14 cents total this morning!

Then this afternoon I took a walk and lucky me! I found a penny in a parking lot, a penny on the floor of a store, and get this:  I found 2 quarters and 2 pennies at a gas station then another penny on the way home. Five pennies and 3 quarters!

So, I found 94 cents total today! I'm planning to write some letters, at least one tonight, so I posed the stacks of found pennies and quarters next to the stationery and stamps. Isn't it nice to get a real letter in the mail? I think so!
