Found 30 Cents and a Carwash Token

Today I went to the grocery store for a semi-big shopping trip. I often go when I'm out walking but I wanted to buy some things that were too heavy to carry home (jars of pasta sauce, for one). 

So, I walked around the parking lot anyway and I found a penny, then found a penny on the sidewalk in front of a store, then I found a quarter and a carwash token (Weiss Guys Car Wash!) in a change tray, then three more pennies at the grocery store. 

See how the two pennies in front (two are stacked up) are stuck together. Weird. Not sure if they're glued or what but they won't budge. Well, I just tried and they came apart after all.

Found 18 Cents on a Walk

Today I walked quite a ways and found 18 cents. I found a penny in some rocks, a dime and 6 pennies at McDonalds, and another penny in the street. Yay!

Found More Easter Candy Deals, a Canadian Quarter, and 37 Cents

Today is a gorgeous day here, cool and breezy. I love it! What I would give for more days like this! 

Any way, I took a walk to take advantage of this lovely weather and found a bunch of coins--7 pennies, 3 dimes, and a 25 cent Canadian coin. 

Here's where: in the street, in a Starbucks parking lot, on the floor of the grocery store, and in the change tray at the grocery store. Yay!

I bought some more discounted Easter candy. All the good stuff! Lindt and Dove and Cadbury and some Twix eggs. Yum!

Found a Dime and a Penny Today

This morning I took out my trash and spotted a shiny dime in a parking space. Then this afternoon I took a short walk and found a penny!

Found 11 Cents on a Walk

Today I walked to Fry's grocery store. I went to check out the Easter candy on sale. I found some yummy ones! Lindt Lindor chocolate eggs... scrumptious!

On the way I spotted this penny on the sidewalk by a door to an insurance company. Then on the way home I found this dime in a parking spot. They are both so shiny and look like new! The dime is new (2014) but the penny is 10 years old. 

Guess it's lived a charmed life! And speaking of charmed, check out this sweet birthday cake charm!


Note:  I took the trash out and found another penny by the dumpster! That makes 12 cents today. Yay!
